Children aged 8 to 12 design their own coin at the Leventis Municipal Museum in Nicosia, with visual artist and engraver Panayiotis Andreou. The workshop is in Greek.
Starting from the exhibition "Messages on Metal", they discover what the symbols and images on a coin can tell, then carve their design into a wooden block and print it on paper.
Booking is required. Please arrive 10 minutes early, as the programme starts on time.
