Cancellations and refunds for paid event promotion
What this policy covers
This policy applies to paid event promotion purchased on kind.events, operated by 1FUN PROVIDER LTD (Republic of Cyprus, registration number HE 442148). Kind Events does not sell event tickets — if you bought a ticket from a third party, please contact that seller directly.
Before payment is completed
You are never charged until checkout is completed. You can cancel a pending promotion at any time before paying, and if checkout is not completed within 24 hours, the order is cancelled automatically — in both cases no money is taken.
Cancelling an active promotion
You can request cancellation of an active promotion at any time by contacting us (details below). If the promotion has not started yet, you receive a full refund. If it is already running, the unused part is refunded pro-rata: a day that has started counts as used, and the refund equals the share of the price for the remaining unused days.
How refunds are paid
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method through our payment provider, Stripe. Once processed, the refund typically appears on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
What is not refundable
A promotion that has run its full term is considered fully used and is not refundable. Free (complimentary) promotions involve no charge, so there is nothing to refund. Promotion fees are not refunded based on event attendance or results — promotion increases visibility but does not guarantee outcomes.
