Kind Events has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. The following are strictly prohibited: • Hate speech, slurs, harassment, or content targeting protected groups (race, religion, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, disability) • Sexual content, pornography, escort or prostitution services, or adult-themed events that are not properly labelled • Violence, gore, threats of violence, or content promoting self-harm • Drug sales, illegal substances, or any other clearly illegal activity • Phishing, scams, MLM, or other deceptive practices • Personal attacks, doxxing, or harassment of named individuals Reporting and blocking: every user can report content or another user from inside the app. Reports are reviewed and acted upon within 24 hours; offending content is removed and abusive accounts are permanently banned at the operator's sole discretion. Every user can also block other users — blocked users' content and contact are removed from the blocker's experience. Repeat or severe violations result in immediate, permanent account termination.

All event listings and other user-generated content on kind.events are the sole responsibility of the user who submitted them. Kind Events may remove any user-generated content at any time at its sole discretion, including content that violates these terms or that we judge inappropriate for our community. By submitting content, you confirm that you own the rights to it and that it does not infringe any third-party rights.
