About
A hands-on workshop of traditional Cypriot cooking at the "To Kantouni" coffee house in Troulloi, where participants learn to make glistarka. Part of the "Traditional Flavours in the Village" series run by the Troulloi Municipal District (Aradippou Municipality) under the Deputy Ministry of Tourism's Heartland of Legends programme.
Time: 10:30–12:30. Free of charge; booking required.
