Orange & Natural Wines: tasting with Paisley Tara

Scottish-born sommelier Paisley Tara leads a tasting of orange and natural wines at Vinylio Wine Etc in Limassol, alongside sommeliers Victoria Charalambous and Anastasia Karampini.

Tara's career runs from the whisky world through Trullo and Sager + Wilde to seven years at Noble Rot in London, before a move to Athens. The evening traces orange wine from Georgia's ancient qvevri tradition to skin contact, natural wine and the style's modern revival.

The selected wines come with food pairings, served around one shared table. Reservations are taken by phone.
