About
The Diastasi cultural group brings an anthology of Greek art song (entechno) to the Pattihio Municipal Theatre in Limassol, arranged as nine musical pictures.
Each picture is a short suite devoted to one composer: Hadjidakis, Theodorakis, Xarchakos, Loizos, Leontis, Savvopoulos, Lagios and Rebutsika, closing with a tribute to Vassilis Tsitsanis. The choice reflects composers Diastasi has worked with over its 42 years.
Music direction and arrangements by Neoklis Neofytides. Diastasi's vocal ensemble is joined by Margarita Zorpala, Iro Saia, Giannis Dionysiou, Giorgos Ioannou and Andrea Sofokleous, with an orchestra of professional musicians. Seats in three zones, €20 to €30.
