Tasos Stefatos, Executive Chef of Canaves Collection and chef of Elements Restaurant in Santorini, gives a two-day cooking demonstration and tasting at Mitsios Trading in the Dali industrial area of Nicosia.
He shows how Elements dishes are built, from choosing the raw ingredient and designing flavour to technique, composition and plating. Familiar Greek and Aegean flavours are reworked as modern fine dining, and participants taste selected creations.
Elements holds a Golden Toque and 3 FNL Stars. The organiser is Gastronomy Essentials.
