What to Expect
Your morning begins with a gentle, restorative yoga session guided by Nektaria Tyropolis. This practice is thoughtfully designed to be accessible and enjoyable for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Following the yoga, you are invited to take a relaxing dip in the beautiful saltwater pool at M House.
This combination of mindful movement and the soothing properties of saltwater is the perfect way to release tension and calm your nervous system. After your swim, you are welcome to linger a little longer to enjoy a coffee or breakfast from the restaurant menu, making it a wonderful opportunity to socialize or simply enjoy some quiet time for yourself.
