Machalárt 26 is a vibrant, free neighbourhood arts festival taking place across Larnaca, Cyprus. Throughout the month, the city’s streets and squares will be transformed into lively hubs of creativity, fostering connection and celebrating the local community.

This initiative is part of the broader vision for Larnaca as the European Capital of Culture 2030, supported by local municipalities and the Ministry of Culture. What to Expect

The festival features a series of unique cultural events hosted in four distinct communities:

• Agios Ioannis (Ays Giannis): The 3rd Culture Festival, running from 8 to 10 October.
• Ploutwnos 71: Engaging street performances on 17–18 and 24–25 October.
• Agioi Anargyroi – Kokkines: A special focus on the local neighbourhood from 29 to 31 October.
• Pervolia – Kiti: The 'Apó Pathkiá Pathkiá' programme, concluding the festival on 7–8 November.
