About
Harmoni is a solo exhibition by Paphos-based Japanese artist Chiaki Kamikawa at the gallery of Ibrahim's Khan, Paphos, from 24 to 31 October. Paintings, watercolours and textile sculptures bring together Japanese folklore, Greek mythology and the Cypriot landscape: everyday places and objects inhabited by imaginary figures and spirits.
- Opening: Saturday 24 October, 19:30, by the Ambassador of Japan
- 31 October, 11:00–13:00: free children's drawing workshop on storytelling and folk-tale illustration
- 31 October, 17:00: free artist talk
Opening hours: Mon–Fri 11:00–13:00 and 17:00–19:00, Sat–Sun 11:00–18:00. Free entry.
