Pastry chef Helen Demi of Healthy Delicious runs a hands-on gluten-free cooking workshop at her kitchen in Pareklissia, near Limassol.
You will make four treats:
- golden zucchini and feta spirals
- cucumber sushi rolls with walnut pâté, pomegranate and tahini-mustard dressing
- chocolate and orange mousse
- homemade Oreo-style biscuits
All ingredients and equipment are provided, along with a printed recipe booklet to take home, coffee and herbal tea. You taste everything you make. Places are limited and must be booked in advance.
