Join us for an insightful book presentation by renowned photographer and researcher Kadir Kaba. He will be introducing his latest work, “The History of Photography in Cyprus, 1839–1939. The History of a Century”, a comprehensive look at the evolution of the craft on the island.
About the Author
Kadir Kaba is a distinguished figure in the world of photography, with a career spanning over three decades. Born in 1947, he has dedicated his life to the art, from his early studies in London to his significant contributions as a gallery owner, journalist, and historian. His work has been celebrated both locally and internationally, earning him the State Honorary Award from the Ministry of Education and Culture of the TRNC in 1999 for his dedication to Turkish Cypriot photography.
