About
Giorgos Hatzipieris's family musical "O Tempelis Drakos" (The Lazy Dragon) returns after a two-year break to the Nicosia Municipal Theatre for three Christmas-week shows directed by Konstantinos Rigos.
Singers Eleni Tsaligopoulou, Rena Morfi, Giannis Dionysiou, Thanos Milas and the composer himself voice the Little Elephant, the Fox, the Potato, the Mountain, the Ice-Cream Man and the other characters of the much-loved song cycle. The Anthi Papafilippou Children's Choir and the Nicosia Municipality Children's Choir join a live band, dancers, sets and projections.
A music show for children and grown-ups, in Greek, running 80 minutes. Child tickets apply up to age 14; prices vary by seating zone.
