Larnaca Marathon Environmental Volunteer Initiative

Join the Green Team at the Larnaca Marathon

Are you looking for a meaningful way to support the upcoming Radisson Hotels Larnaca Marathon? We are looking for 80 enthusiastic volunteers to help keep our city clean and promote sustainability during this major sporting event.

What to Expect

As a volunteer, you will play a vital role in managing waste along the race route. Your primary task will be to collect discarded plastic bottles from the water stations, ensuring that recyclable materials are properly separated and diverted from general waste. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a local environmental initiative while soaking up the vibrant atmosphere of the marathon.

How to Participate

• Registration: Participation requires advance sign-up via the CityFriendsBot on Telegram.
• Coordination: Once registered, please ensure you confirm your specific assigned station and working hours with the organizing team.
• Role: This activity is perfect for those who want to be part of the marathon energy without participating as a runner.

Come be a part of the effort to make the Larnaca Marathon a cleaner, more sustainable event for everyone!
