Creative Summer Adventures for Kids and Teens

This summer, the Artisan Nation team has prepared three creative educational programs for children and teens.

All classes take place at the Artisan Nation villa in Limassol daily from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

• Samurai, Ninja, and Anime, July 13–17
  An exciting journey into Japanese culture: the history of samurai and ninja, the world of anime, Japanese traditions, and art.

Participants can look forward to daily creative workshops, art projects, and the creation of their own works in the Japanese aesthetic. The program includes:

• Raku pottery;
• Handmade paper;
• Origami;
• Ikebana;
• Interactive lectures;
• Historical quests.
  Age: 7–10 years old

A hot lunch is included in the program. Children will help set the table and serve food, developing social and self-care skills.

• Cupcakes & Game Music Lab, August 3–6
  A creative program for teens dedicated to video game music and creating their own music tracks.

Each morning begins with baking cupcakes together, which participants enjoy at the end of the day while listening to music and their own soundtracks.

Program highlights:

• The history of music creation for iconic video games;
• Analysis of the reasons behind the popularity of legendary game tracks;
• Creating your own musical composition;
• Working with sound and music technology;
• Sessions using professional music equipment, including the Artisan Nation recording studio.
  Age: 11–16 years old

Time: daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Cost: 350 euros

• Gallery of the Senses, August 10–14
  A week of exploring the five senses through art, creativity, and experiments.

Each day is dedicated to a separate theme:

• hearing;
• sight;
• smell;
• touch;
• taste.

Participants can look forward to art activities, sensory games, installations, and creative workshops featuring music, scents, and cooking.

Program highlights:

• On the day dedicated to taste, children will prepare a hot lunch on their own;
• On the day dedicated to hearing, they will explore the influence of sound on perception and mood, and create their own music track.
