Touching the Mystery of Ikebana - The Philosophy of Flowers and Branches. The Resource Networking Club is hosting a special meeting about the Japanese art of ikebana—a tradition that teaches us to see depth in simplicity.

Presenter: Katerina Burmistrova, representative of the Japanese school of ikebana.

At the meeting, you'll learn:

• How ordinary plants are transformed into art.
• What the image of a "thousand swords" means and how intention and inner strength can be expressed through composition.
• How traditional Japanese arrangements of branches and flowers are created and the sacred meaning they contain.

And most importantly, you'll see everything with your own eyes. Several compositions in different styles will be created right at the meeting.
