Ioanna Troullidou Quartet: A Night of Jazz Standards and Originals

Join us for an enchanting evening celebrating the Great American Songbook and the captivating original compositions of renowned jazz vocalist Ioanna Troullidou. Ioanna, a celebrated singer and recording artist, returns to the intimate setting of Sarah's Jazz Club to perform with her exceptional quartet.

Ioanna brings a wealth of experience to the stage, with a background in classical music from the University of Pécs and jazz performance studies. Her seven years in Hungary saw her as the lead singer for the No More Blues Band, with whom she recorded and performed extensively. Since 2007, she has been a vital part of the Cypriot jazz scene, teaching vocals and jazz performance at the European University Cyprus.

Her notable achievements include the 2012 album "Get Out of Town," featuring jazz standards arranged by Chris Byars, and performances at prestigious festivals such as Aglanjazz, Paradise Jazz, Old Port Jazz, and Düsseldorf Jazz Rally. In 2020, she showcased her own music and lyrics at the Cyprus Jazz & World Music Showcase.
