Alice in Wonderland
The production is accompanied by music by Claude Debussy – soft and airy, as if woven from light and shadow. It is unlike a traditional ballet: there are no loud fanfares or solemn marches here. Instead, there are gentle waves of sound that lull you, and then suddenly transform into a whirlwind of adventure. This is precisely the kind of music Wonderland needs, where nothing is what it seems.
